ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The little smiling devices around this site were inspired by “Happy iPhone,” created by Yoshiaki Kamada / META-GLAMOUR in 2013 as an homage to the classic Happy Mac.

The laptop and phone drawings on this site are my own, inspired by that wonderfully simple idea.

Classic Macintosh

This site’s interface is an original recreation inspired by the classic Macintosh experience and System 7 era. No Apple system software, ROMs, original interface resources, icons, or font files are used.

ChicagoFLF is Robin Casady’s font, made public domain by its author.

Susan Kare

Happy Mac was originally designed by Susan Kare for the Macintosh.

The original Macintosh showed me how much personality a handful of pixels could have. This site’s artwork is my own, but that influence is impossible to miss.
