Imagine What You Could Do?

One of the fears and deeply rooted anxieties I had growing up as a teenager was going outside anywhere. I was scared of streets, buses, crowds, bars, trains, public places and people in general. At one point in my life, it was difficult even to get out of my own room. I was locked inside as a prisoner to myself. I had even extreme shoulder, neck, and back pain combined with stammering whenever I attempted to go outside or somebody mentioned the slightest idea of going somewhere. That's how bad it was. I remember one time my best friend Steven stopped by my house and found me lifeless on the bed. He caught me by surprise one day and took my blanket from my bed and ran outside with it in broad daylight to the corner store. He looked like a superhero with a brown cape on the street while I was there chasing him like a putrid mummy that hadn't seen the outdoors and sun for eons.

Energy and your thoughts are a bit like fire, it can burn a building down, or it can delightfully cook your food. Water can drown or replenish you. Love can hurt or heal. People at times can focus on one or the other being the truth when they are just two sides of the same coin: energy.
Once you realize this and how much power you hold within yourself, the world can be yours.
Literally.
It's not easy. It took me a while to overcome my challenges, but when I did...
